Unbleached Parchment Squares, 6 x 6 in, 100 pc
The temperature range is the whole point: -40°F to 450°F. That single sheet works in the freezer and in the oven, which is unusual and is what makes a hundred of them worth having.
In the freezer, a square between burger patties stops them welding into one block, so you take out two and leave the rest. In the oven, the same sheet lines a tray or sits under something baking. Unbleached means no chlorine was used making it, and the paper is brown rather than white because nothing was done to change that.
At 6 x 6 in they are cut for patties, cookies and small portions rather than full trays. A hundred lasts a long time, and they stack flat in a drawer.
