In a single fruit bowl, bananas end up squashed under apples and the soft fruit gets forgotten at the bottom. Two staggered trays let everything sit in one layer where you can see it, and two hooks hang the bananas out of harm's way.

It is acacia wood, about 37 × 27 × 28 cm, with slatted bases that let air move under the fruit so it keeps longer. The upper tray sits back and above the lower one, so both are easy to reach from the front.
