Square Tamagoyaki and Breakfast Pan with Spatula
Square, because a rolled Japanese omelette cannot be made round. The straight sides are what let you fold a tamagoyaki over on itself in even layers instead of chasing a curved edge.
The base is a composite multi-layer construction rather than a single sheet, which spreads heat across the whole square instead of concentrating it in the middle — the usual failure of a cheap square pan, where the corners stay pale while the centre browns. The coating is Maifan stone, so an egg releases with almost no oil and the pan wipes clean rather than needing to be scrubbed.
It works on every hob type, including induction, and comes with a silicone spatula sized for the corners so you are not using metal on the coating. Two colours, white or black.
