Two hundred and twenty pre-cut circles, so lining a tin stops being the step you do badly with scissors.
They are natural wood pulp with a food-grade silicone coating, which is what makes them release rather than simply sit there — a sponge turns out whole instead of leaving its base in the tin. Greaseproof and waterproof both, so butter does not soak through and tear the sheet halfway through a bake. Heat resistance runs to 446°F / 230°C, above anything a domestic oven asks of them, and they are microwave safe too.
Beyond cake tins they separate burger patties, cookies and anything else that would otherwise freeze into one block.
