How to assemble

1. Inflate balloons in a mix of sizes (do not overfill).
2. Pull each 10" or 12" balloon knot into the holes of the balloon tape strip to form the base.
3. Fill gaps with the 5" balloons using glue dots, and place the large 18" balloons as anchor points.
4. Hang with the ribbon and shape into the arch or backdrop you like.
