Rolling meatballs one at a time leaves your hands coated in raw mince and the balls in every size. This tool portions three at once: fill the scoop, and the paddle pushes out matching rounds straight into the pan or pot.
The white scoop has three rounded channels side by side and a long handle with a hanging hole. Pack the channels with seasoned meat or seafood paste, then draw the three-pronged paddle along them so a portion drops off the end of each channel. Both pieces are made from food-grade plastic.
