Commercial Manual Citrus Press
A lever press, not a handheld squeezer. The arm multiplies what your hand can do, which is why a machine like this takes a case of oranges in the time a hand press takes a dozen.
It is built to commercial weight: 304 stainless steel and aluminium alloy, with enough mass in the base that it stays planted on a counter under full force instead of lifting. Pull the arm down, the fruit is pressed flat, and the juice runs clear of the pith rather than through it.
Two heads. The cast iron flat head is the general-purpose option for oranges and grapefruit; the stainless pointed head suits limes and lemons, where the point pierces and opens the fruit before the press closes.
