Bilancia Vintage Metal Balance-Scale Candle Holder

Some pieces are functional. This one is a conversation. Light the two block candles, watch them glow inside the suspended iron cages of an old-world balance scale, and your shelf suddenly has a story — the kind of vintage statement object guests notice the moment they walk in. It turns "where did you get that?" into the first thing they say.

Each Bilancia is hand-finished by an artisan, not pressed out by a machine. The wire cages are bent by hand, the scale beam is balanced on a real pivot, and the whole piece is given an aged bronze-gold patina with worn highlights so it reads like a treasure pulled from an antique dealer's back room. Because every piece is finished by hand, the patina is slightly different on each — yours is genuinely one of a kind.

• An instant focal point — the sculptural scale silhouette gives a mantel, console or bookshelf real presence and character, so the room feels curated, not catalogue.
• Double the glow — two hanging candle cages cast a warm, layered light at different heights, turning an ordinary evening into something cinematic.
• A genuine vintage feel, made to last — solid hand-finished iron with an aged patina that looks authentically old, without the antique-shop price or fragility.
• Truly one of a kind — hand-bent and hand-patinated, so no two are identical; it gains character with age instead of looking worn out.
• A memorable gift — made for a housewarming, a wedding, a Libra birthday, or anyone drawn to old-world, theatrical decor.

Note: as a hand-finished piece, slight variations in the patina and the hang of the pans are intentional and part of its character — no two are exactly alike.
