Fiesta Paper Party Plates, 9 in, 60 pc

Sixty paper plates at 9 in, in a mix of four fiesta designs — fifteen of each rather than sixty of one.

A mixed pack is a deliberate choice, not a compromise. Four designs across a table reads as collected and intentional, where sixty identical plates read as catering. It also means a guest can tell their plate apart after they put it down.

Nine inches is the one size that works for both a main at a buffet and a generous dessert, which is why it is the size to buy if you are only buying one. Paper rather than plastic keeps the print sharp — a printed design holds its colour better on paper than on a moulded surface.

They suit a fiesta or Cinco de Mayo table, but the brights work just as well for a birthday or a safari-themed children's party, so a leftover pack does not go to waste.

• Four designs in one pack: reads as collected, not catered
• 9 in: buffet main or generous dessert
• Paper: holds a printed design better than plastic
• 60 per pack: 15 of each design
• Guests tell plates apart: the practical side of a mixed pack
• Single use: no washing up
