Pastel Floral Paper Guest Napkins, 40 Count (2 Packs of 20)

Forty printed paper guest napkins, supplied as two matching packs of twenty.

A pastel print is the most forgiving thing you can put at a place setting. Because no single colour dominates it, the napkin picks up whatever is already on the table rather than asking the table to match it — which is why one pack covers a christening, a baby shower and a spring lunch.

Guest-napkin format means it is folded small and stacked, so it suits the drinks table and the cloakroom as readily as the place setting. Forty is enough to leave a stack in two rooms.

Two sealed packs rather than one box of forty is worth more than it sounds. Open twenty for the table and the other twenty stay clean and uncreased in the wrapper, so the pack that is left is still presentable months later rather than dog-eared at the edges.
