One pan that grills, bakes and fries, with a square base that uses the whole burner instead of leaving the corners cold.
It is cast aluminium through the full body rather than a pressed sheet with a thick base, so heat moves across the pan evenly and a piece at the edge cooks at the same rate as one in the middle. That is the difference that matters when you are cooking several things at once on a square surface. The non-stick coating means meat and fish release without the pan being flooded with oil first.
It works on the hob for grilling and frying, and goes in the oven for baking. Two sizes: 28 cm for two to three, 32 cm for a full table.
