Ground coffee goes flat within days in a rolled-up bag. Light, air and moisture are what do it, and this canister keeps all three out.

The body is opaque black BPA-free plastic that blocks light, and the grey flip lid closes on a rubber gasket for an airtight seal. A measuring scoop clips into the underside of the lid, so it is always there and never buried in the beans. It holds 1.3 litres, about 370 to 450 g of ground coffee, and the square shape stacks in a cupboard.

Made for coffee and tea, and just as good for sugar, flour, cereal, snacks and baking ingredients.
